Nanditara is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction concerning the products available on our website & customer assistance. All our products are crafted in 925 Sterling Silver with utmost precision.  We try our level best to make online shopping easy and convenient for you. Furthermore, We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on the nanditara website /Instargram /Facebook page. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate..

We request you to keep the following points in mind while making or planning to make a purchase with us – 

Return policy

Currently we are not accepting the exchanging & returns. In the unlikely event that the product delivered is in damaged condition or a wrong product, In this case Exchanges can be made and accepted within 24 business hours of the shipment being received, product being unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice and get the refund at the sole discretion of Nanditara. Our courier partner will collect the order from the address you provided and get it back to us. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hrs from the time of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. NO Return / EXCHANGE WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  • It is an inherent property of Silver metal to tarnish due to time, continuous usage or exposure to atmosphere (moisture). We shall not be accepting claims for this reason.
  • The pieces have been photographed under lights and the actual product may differ slightly when seen under normal lights, though we maintain the originality in the photographs to utmost extent. This will also not be accepted as a valid reason for exchange.
  • We follow the standard size chart for all the rings displayed on our website and Instagram. We therefore, request all interested customers to confirm their sizes online or by personally visiting nearby local jewellers. If there is any issue regarding the size of the ring when it is received (after we deliver the size asked for by the client), it will not be accepted as a valid reason for an exchange.
  • Claims will not be accepted if the Hallmark (925 stamp) is missing. Kindly note that not all designs and cuts are likely to carry the stamp due to space constraints or fear of damage. You can be rest assured of the quality we deliver since majority of our pieces carry the 925 Stamp
  • Claims will not be accepted if the customer feels that the product received is smaller or bigger according to the image shown or his/her expectations or if it doesn’t fit the wrist, ear hole or neckline or if he/she feels that it is delicate. We request all interested clients to first find out the dimensions/strength of the design from us personally if not mentioned in the product description already for clarity beforehand. 
  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
  • Package refused by recipient.
  • Sale products will not be exchanged or refunded.

How to RETURN-EXCHANGE

To initiate a return/exchange, please follow below simple steps:

Step 1 Check:

  • Product is unworn and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging intact.
  • Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return.
  • Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted & will be sent back to you.

Step 2 Contact:

Email us at  nanditara.care@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9425700700 with your Order Number, Images of the products with packaging, and proof of purchase.

Step 3 Pack:

  • After approving the return pick-up based on the images you have shared; we will share the pick-up instructions for your order over email / Whatsapp.
  • Put the product with original packaging in a box.
  • Provide the invoice and authenticity certificate into the package for the return process. Without the above, returns will not be processed.

Step 4 Handover:

  • A pickup will be initiated by our trusted partners (which includes 3 attempts by the delivery partner). In case the pickup is cancelled by the customer, an additional charge will be levied for initiating pick up again.
  • All the return and shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Exchange Time Frame Once the Product is approved for exchange, the dispatch time is 2 working days & delivered within 5-7 Working Days. 

Refunds

We do not provide a refund in any event except the following –

  • The designs ordered are not available and cannot be re-made either
  • If the piece meant returned to us for an exchange is no longer available in our store

Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Our team will contact you for the preferred mode of money back – Google Pay or Net Banking once the process is ready to be initiated. 

The refund process will be initiated within 1-2 working days and Refund will be credited within 2-3 working Days, as and when the return product is received and after our Quality Control team gives its approval.

Damages and Issues

For any issues with defective, incorrect, or missing items, we provide a Credit Note, rather than a refund. Please note that an uncut unboxing 360 degree video is required for all claims related to missing, defective, or incorrect products; claims without an unboxing video will not be processed. For any defect-related issues, please contact our customer service team within 1 Days of receiving the product.  Please note that all shipping charges & Taxes are non-refundable.

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All Returns & Refunds Are Subject to The Discretion of Nanditara
